Fuel Line Filter
- A line filter is the kind of electronic filter that is placed between an electronic equipment and a line external to it, to attenuate conducted radio frequencies -- RFI, also known as electromagnetic interference (EMI) -- between the line and the equipment.
- LC noise filter placed in the 50Hz or 60Hz AC power line. Coilers use them between the power supply and the wall outlet to keep Tesla coil hash from getting into the household power lines.

That bing carb float is very sensitive, and will stick on a near micoscopic particle of anything, and gass will overflow out. It embarrased me a number of times. the inline fuel filter fixed it.
Your local auto parts store: 1/4" fuel line, the minimum they'll sell you, 4 clamps, and a small fuel filter. i'd get 3-4 of em. the fuel line is too short on a 154 to put a shutoff on
Fuel lines deteriorate, and should be replaced every 2 years. the deterioration particles will cause the float to stick, interfer with fuel passages, clog jets ect.
when you take the body off, either leave the gas cap on, or tape it, so dirt from the BOTTOM of the body doesn't drop in there. It took me along time to figure that out!
