In the fall of 2004, I worked in an all-carpeted basement on the South Shore reading books onto a computer so that blind students could listen to them on cd. The reading was great and horrible, but it was a neat job. My commute took me over the Jacques-Cartier bridge with the morning light. October, 2004.
