Looking Up
Things are "looking up" for me now! I found out this afternoon I got the position I applied for in my school district. As many of you know the past few weeks have been a bit crazy for me in regard to my career. At the end of May I found out that my school district wanted to move me into a second grade position because there weren't enough kids coming up to the high school to warrant a third special education teacher. Going from a high school position to a second grade position was a bit scary for me. Shortly after, a sixth grade position opened up and I applied. I interviewed on Friday and found out this afternoon I got the sixth grade job. Although my heart is still in the high school I am content at the middle school for now.
These trees remind me of my life right now. They are strong and looking upward...just like me!
