My new lens
It arrived today. It isn't the fastest lens by any means, but not bad for $40 with shipping. 35-80mm Pentax A should work on the digital nicely when I get it. For now it's a nice day time all-purpose lens for the film bodies, and with 1600 iso film, it's okay for indoors too. The bonus is the 49mm filter thread that fits my polarizing filter and macro lens set.
I just remembered - exif info- taken with a 640X480 StickCam that usually lives in a spy novel. My Sony is in the shop. My next camera is a Pentax DSLR. No more Sony products for me unless their reliability takes a very sharp and sudden spike. 4000 shots, less than a year, and the half-press switch is shot. It's in for repair under warranty. The last Sony went in for the screen twice at around a year of use. The Clie handheld died in less than two years. The Pentax pictured is a Program Plus, circa 1985.
