This breathtaking kanzashi is perfect for any time of year. Vibrant yellow pointed silken petals are folded together in the traditional tsumami ("pinching") fashion and adorned with a hand-coiled brown and Japanese-gold cord center. Three summer green leaves peek out from either side, topped with green mizuhiki cord imported from Japan. The whole piece is securely fastened to a two-pronged silver kanzashi hairpin, which can be adjusted to fit in any hairdo.

The petals are done in the traditional Japanese fashion of tsumami kanzashi making, to ensure authenticity, with modern glue to allow it to be worn in any weather!
