for the FGR "Things I can't do" group.
i can't decide what to eat. next.
since i've been home from my cycling class (and off my cleanse today) i've eaten:
1. one piece veggie cheese
2. one organic apple
3. monster salad of beans, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, steamed potatoes
4. lots of grapes
5. 2 chocolate puddings
6. the rest of the beans (lima, garbanzo)
i am thinking skinny cow ice cream sammy next. but not sure.
How Not To Open A Bottle Of Wine
1. Put wine in ice tray to "quick-chill".
2. Forget about it overnight.
3. Open freezer to lovely wine smell and wine flavored ice cubes. Not to mention the wine-sicle sticking out of the top of the bottle, having pushed out the cork.
4. Let wine thaw on counter.
5. Retrieve cork, recork wine bottle and put in fridge compartment.
