hose gadget
Made out of stock 1/2" steel NPT ("pipe thread") fittings, obtained "off the shelf" from a local hardware store. Great for using multiple hoses and filling a sprinkling can simultaneously, when there's only one convenient outside faucet to do watering chores. I imagine this could be made from PCV, but that wouldn't hold up too long in this area's heat and high-UV-content light.
My father made the prototype for this in the early 1980s.
new garden hose manifold
My new home-made garden hose manifold, I was getting tired of store bought manifolds either breaking or leaking (or both) after a single season of use so I made my own and goddammit this one will last at least two seasons.
