Glass
This would be my pick for the week because of the light. The glass is immediately the subject of the shot even though other objects are present. The light was created by accident as 'white' light from the TV which is behind the stack of books. The white light etches the mouth of the glass and defines the lines.
On closer inspection, the white paper under the glass may help the glass stand out. The results may have been different if the glass was on the wood table instead.
