The Bulls came out & dismantled the young Nets, that featured a rookie by the name of Derrick Coleman, & a foreign recruit by the name of Drazen Petrovic (R.I.P).
Coleman, for all of his gifts, could've, in the words of C. Barkley: "been one of the Greatest, if not "THE" Greatest Power Forward "EVER".." This guy was 6'10, a lefty, which made it difficult to guard him.
He had a game with his back to the glass, he could handle the rock like a guard. He could take you off the dribble in either direction & shoot it from 15 ft & out. He was the real deal..

Unfortunately, he seemed to love the lifestyle that being an NBA player afforded him, more than the game itself, which led to his demise.
He simply lacked the discipline & dedication to the game to excel. Not to mention his attitude was a lot like many of player in today's NBA...LOUSY!!
Petrovic, like Reggie Miller & like Rip Hamilton is today, was a "Textbook" shooter of the screens.
But unlike those guys, if things bogged down, he'd put it on the floor & "STRONGLY" take you to the rack.

I've seen him "Light Up" many of the leagues BEST 2-Guards in both fashions...including MJ. But this night, MJ just took all of their guards out of the game with his strong play..
