Trcim u smjeru meni nepoznatom. Borim se svom snagom za ono malo snage koju imam. Zurim se da mi zivot sto sporije prolazi. Trazim sebe ne gledajuci nigdje oko sebe.
U ladice svojih uspomena trpam bol. Prasinu s njim brisem suzama. Klecim i ljubim pod kroz koji polako propadam. Bojim se zivjeti svoju stvarnost.
Osuden sam na dozivotnu robiju zivota. Nema didaskalija. Bjezim od surove realnosti prolaska vremena.
usao sam u tu prostoriju... nisam htio, ali morao sam... bio sam umoran od zivota i od boli...
sjeo sam na klupu do osobe koja se nije razlikovala od drugih... sjedila je i cekala u agoniji svoje boli da njeno, odredeno joj necim visim, prezime bude na glas procitano, kao i ostali lesinari nad morem trupala oko mene...
zidovi su bili obojani u sjecanje na patnju... gledali su oci u prolasku... oci raznih proslosti, ali istih buducnosti... one trenutacne, kao i one stalne...
dolaze prema meni jedne, kroce putem utrtim mnogim ljutim ranama junaka krvavih, oci poznate zidovima... pogledaju me ravno u dubinu, i skrenu pogled... zanima me kakva ih savjest pece? zelim znati koja je stranica u knjizi iskrenosti poderana toliko da se ne moze citati?
u ocima je napisano sve... od najvece srece do najvece boli... od ociju se nista ne moze sakriti... niti se njima moze ista sakriti...

Nostradamus, the author of the famous Centuries, was an unusual man for his time. He was a practicing physician, astronomer and astrologer who lived in the mid 16th century (1503 – 1566) who turned his hand to prophecy later in life. As a physician he treated those suffering from the Bubonic plague and then in a twisted irony lost the members of his family to the disease. He was a devout student of pagan methods of divination at night who wore the mask of a devout Catholic during the day to avoid persecution from the Spanish Inquisition. In the end he predicted his own death, and some say also cursed the marauders from the French Revolution that he foresaw would desecrate his own burial tomb.
Nostradamus wrote messages from the past to the future in the form of short poems consisting of four lines each called Quatrains. In his lifetime Nostradamus completed a total of 942 quatrains, which he organized into groups of 100 quatrains called Centuries. However one century only has 46 quatrains.
His followers say he predicted the French Revolution, the birth and rise to power of Hitler, and the assassination of John F. Kennedy. He also predicted other events, such as the Great Fire of London (1666) and the exile of Napoleon to Alba. You can find out more information about these predictions in the Fulfilled Prophecies section of this book.
His cryptic missives about the future seem almost exponential in their ability to reveal about current event. Recently the writings of Nostradamus have been shown to reveal the destruction of the space shuttle Challenger to the destruction, the death of Lady Diana and the destruction of the Twin Towers on 9/11/01. The fact that so many of his grimmest predictions in the past have indeed come true has given him the nickname â€SThe Prophet of Doom.â€ý
After he resigned from treating the victims of the bubonic plague and settled down in a psychic studio in Salon, France, this self-styled soothsayer was in the habit of writing long letters to world leaders warning them of future events, that is until the Vatican decided that magicians were evil. The fact is that Nostradamus did indeed qualify as a magician according to the definitions of those days, which was anyone who produced visions and predictions through scrying. Scrying was considered to be a form of conjuring spirits and Nostradamus taught himself this skill by reading ancient texts about Egyptian and Alexandrian magic.
Unfortunately this great prophet also lived during the time of the Spanish inquisition. Conjuring spirits (or channeling as we call it today) was a crime punishable by death, which meant that he was force to scramble up the meaning and the order of his quatrains so that he could not be tried and executed for being a soothsayer. Even though his quatrains are divided up into books called Centuries they do not chronologically represent the timeline of any centuries. Scrambling the quatrains so that they did not follow a time line was one of the tricks that Nostradamus used to disguise his work as the ramblings of a mad poet. This explains why when you read the quatrains, he seems to be referring to incidents from all of the centuries at the same time.
The rhymed quatrains of Nostradamus were written mainly in French with a bit of Italian, Greek, and Latin thrown in to throw the Spanish Inquisition off if they should ever discover his manuscripts. This is because the Spanish Inquisition had been dealing with metaphysical literature by holding public burnings in the public squares.
To disguise his own metaphysical manuscripts also used words from the “Languedoc” or Provencal dialect of southern France and swaps words around so that the quatrains don’t make sense. That is why so many of his prophecies are left wide open to interpretation and also great debate, particularly among English speaking scholars who have a habit of interpreting the quatrains with the French phrases that suit them best. In this book we are using the public domain verses of Charles Ward, an English scholar who was one of the first to translate the quatrains from the original Latin, French and other dialects and leave them as naked as possible.

1. Death of Henry II
The Death of Henry II from a jousting accident is one of Nostradamus first and most famous fulfilled prophecies.
Here is the quatrain:
The young lion will overcome the older one,
On the field of combat in a single battle;
He will pierce his eyes through a golden cage,
Two wounds made one, then he dies a cruel death.
(Century 1, Quatrain 35)
In June 1559, Henry II ignored all warnings that Nostradamus gave him and participated in a jousting tournament against the Comte de Montgomery. Both men used shields embossed with lions. Montgomery was six years younger than Henry.
During the final bout of fighting in the tournament, Montgomery failed to lower his lance in time. It shattered, sending a large splinter through the king’s gilded visor (golden cage). The result was two moral wounds (two wounds made one and then he will die a cruel death.) One splinter spliced eye; the other impaled his temple just behind the eye. Both splinters from the lance penetrated his brain. Henry lived for ten days in agony, thus fulfilling the Nostradamus prophecy that he would die a cruel death.
2. The Fire of London
This is one of the few prophecies in the quatrains where Nostradamus actually got the year dead on!
The blood of the just will be demanded of London,
Burnt by the fire in the year 66
(Century 2; Quatrain 51)
On Sunday morning, the 2nd September 1666, the destruction of medieval London began with one simple spark. In five days a cataclysmic fire destroyed the city of Shakespeare. An area of one and a half miles by half a mile lay in ashes; 373 acres inside the city walls and 63 acres outside, 87 churches destroyed (including St. Paul’s Cathedral) and 13,200 houses. Although the blood of the just in the quatrain was demanded of London, only six people died.
Some people see the blood of the just as it was translated from the French to mean that justice was done to the Black Death. This fire did the city a great service by destroying the millions of rats that were carrying the Black plague through the city’s population.
3. Emperor Napoleon
This is one of those classic Nostradamus quatrains where a scrambled name (an anagram) is used to refer to Napoleon.
PAU, NAY, LORON will be more of fire than of the blood,
To swim in praise,
the great one to flee to the confluence.
He will refuse entry to the Piuses,
The depraved ones and the Durance will keep them imprisoned.
(Century 8, Quatrain 1)
PAU, NAY, LORON” when rearranged becomes NAPAULON ROY, or Napoleon the king, given the Corsican spelling of his name, Napauleone. The text also describes him as a man of ‘fire’, or of war, rather ‘than of the blood’, or of royal lineage. The ‘Piuses’ of the third line are the Popes Pius VI and Pius VII, who were both imprisoned by Napoleon as is implied by the last line.
O Hitleru:
From the deepest part of Western Europe
A young child will be born to poor people
Who will by his speech seduce a great multitude,
His reputation will increase in the Kingdom of the East”
(Century 3, Quatrain 35)
This particular quatrain is believed to describe Hitler’s childhood (a young child born to poor people), his charismatic personality (who will by his speech seduce a great multitude) and Germany’s alliance with Japan (his reputation will increase in the Kingdom of the East.
Beasts ferocious with hunger will cross the rivers,
The greater part of the battlefield will be against Hister.
Into a cage of iron will the great one be drawn,
When the child of Germany observes nothing.
(Century 2, Quatrain 24)
Beasts ferocious with hunger will swim across the rivers is generally interpreted as Adolf Hitler and the German Army invading France. The greater part of the army will be against Hister is interpreted to mean the alliance that eventually defeated him. The cage of iron may refer to his bunker or to tanks, which Nostradamus would have no words for or ways of describing back in the sixteenth century.
In the year very not far from Venus,
The two greatest ones of Asia and of Africa:
They are said to have come from the Rhine and from
Hister Cries, tears at Malta and the Ligurian sea-coast.
(Century 4, Quatrain 68)
The above particular quatrain describes Hitler’s conquests in Spain and in Africa.
Liberty will not be regained,
It will be occupied by a black, proud, villainous and unjust man:
When the matter of the Pontiff is opened,
The republic of Venice will be vexed by Hister.
(Century 5, Quatrain 29)
This one refers to his conquests in Spain and Italy. Hitler is the proud, villainous and unjust man.
The shocking and infamous armed one will fear the great furnace,
First the chosen one, the captives not returning
The world’s lowest crime, the Angry Female Irale - Israel - not at ease,
Barb, Hister, Malta, and the Empty One does not return.
(Century 1, Quatrain 35)
Hister is also the Latin for the river Danube on whose shores Hitler was born. The first quatrain provide general background - his parents were poor - his power as an orator needs no description here - and of course the references to great furnace, captive ones not returning and Isreal have allusions to the extermination of the Jews.
7. Louis Pasteur
This is yet another quatrain where a scientists name is used exactly.
The lost thing is found, hidden for so many centuries,
Pasteur will be honored as a demigod
This happens when the moon completes her great cycle,
He will be dishonored by other winds.
(Century 1, Quatrain 25)
This quatrain predicts the discovery of Pasteur. As a doctor, Nostradamus was himself very concerned with the mysterious nature of the plague and apparently made a link between running water, still water and the persistence of the plague.
Louis Pasteur was the scientist who discovered the existence of microscopic germs. Critics also accused Pasteur of faking his results, which is what Nostradamus may have meant by, dishonored by other winds.

CHAPTER ONE – THE TANGENT UNIVERSE
The Primary Universe is fraught with great peril. War, plague, famine and natural disaster are common. Death comes to us all.
The Fourth Dimension of Time is a stable construct, though it is not impenetrable.
Incidents when the fabric of the Fourth Dimension becomes corrupted are incredibly rare.
If a Tangent Universe occurs, it will be highly unstable, sustaining itself for no longer than several weeks.
Eventually it will collapse upon itself, forming a black hole within the Primary Universe capable of destroying all existence.
THE ARTIFACT AND THE LIVING
When a Tangent Universe occurs, those living nearest to the Vortex will find themselves at the epicenter of a dangerous new world.
Artifacts provide the first sign that a Tangent Universe has occured.
If an Artifact occurs, the Living will retrieve it with great interest and curiosity.
Artifacts are formed from metal, such as an Arrowhead from an ancient Mayan civilization, or a Metal Sword from Medieval Europe.
Artifacts returned to the Primary Universe are often linked in religious iconography, as their appearance on Earth seems to defy logical explanation.
Divine Intervention is deemed to be the only logical conclusion for the appearance of the artifact.
WATER AND METAL
Water and Metal are the key elements of Time Travel.
Water is the barrier element for the construction of Time Portals used as gateways between universes at the Tangent Vortex.
Metal is the transitional element for the construction of Artefact Vessels.
DREAMS
When the Manipulated awaken from their Journey into the Tangent Universe, they are often haunted by the experience in their dreams.
Many of them will not remember.
Those who do remember the journey are often overcome with profound remorse for the regretful actions buried within their dreams, the only physical evidence buried within the artifact itself; all that remains from the lost world.
Ancient myth tells us of the Mayan Warrior killed by an arrowhead that had fallen from a cliff, where there was no army, no enemy to be found.
We are told of the Medieval Knight mysteriously impaled by the sword he had not yet built.
We are told that these things occur for a reason.
THE LIVING RECEIVER
The Living Receiver is chosen to guide the Artifact into position for its journey back to the Primary Universe.
No one knows how or why a receiver will be chosen.
The Living Receiver is often blessed with Fourth Dimensional Powers. These include increased strength, telekinesis, mind control, and the ability to conjure fire and water.
The Living Receiver is often tormented by terrifying dreams, visions and auditory hallucinations during his time within the Tangent Universe.
Those surrounding the Living Receiver, known as the Manipulated, will fear him and try to destroy him.
THE MANIPULATED DEAD
The Manipulated Dead are more powerful than the Living Receiver. If a person dies within the Tangent Universe, they are able to contact the Living Receiver through the Fourth Dimensional Construct.
The Fourth Dimensional Construct is made of Water. The Manipulated Dead will manipulate the Living Receiver using the Fourth Dimensional Construct (see Appendix A and B).
The Manipulated Dead will often set an Ensurance Trap for the Living Receiver to ensure that the Artifact is returned safely to the Primary Universe.
If the Ensurance Trap is successful, the Living Receiver is left with no choice but to use his Fourth Dimensional Power to send the Artifact back in time into the Primary Universe before the Black Hole collapses upon itself.
THE MANIPULATED LIVING
The Manipulated Living are often the close friends and neighbours of the Living Receiver.
They are prone to irrational, bazaar, and often violent behaviour. This is the unfortunate result of their task, which is to assist the Living Receiver in returning the Artifact to the Primary Universe.
The Manipulated Living will do anything to save themselves from Oblivion.
REFLEXIONS ON THE PHILOSOPHY OF TIME TRAVEL APLLIED TO DONNIE DARKO
OK. Now you’ve read the Philosophy of Time Travel, if you’re interested, you can read my analysis of the film, using the PoTT as a guide. If you have not seen the movie (and I seriously doubt anyone reading this hasn’t) then stop now or it will ruin the whole experience. Every chain of events unfolding in Donnie Darko leads up to Frank’s “grand plan” which Donnie struggles to discover. It is not until the party (with 6 hours to go) that he realises what it is and sets it in motion. The Manipulated Dead (MD) are Gretchen & Frank. They are the only CONSCIOUS contributers to the “grand plan”, unless you take into consideration Divine Intervention from God, but that’s another issue. From here on in I’ll paste segments of the PoTT and relate them to the relevant parts of DD.

**Katherine Farmer is the best example of this, she is absolutely obsessed with Sparkle Motion because if they do not win the Talent Quest they will not fulfill their place in the “grand plan” and restore the Primary Universe. She is almost distraught when she has to ask Donnie’s mother to go. Also explains why everyone is a little “kooky” throughout the whole film. In their own way they are terrified because the world is coming to an end. Human instinct is to ALWAYS try to survive, even if they don’t know they are going to die.**
THE MANIPULATED DEAD
‘The Manipulated Dead are more powerful than the Living Receiver. If a person dies within the Tangent Universe, they are able to contact the Living Receiver through the Fourth Dimensional Construct’. **Frank is able to travel through time to help Donnie, Gretchen helps him less obviously by being responsible for a series of coincidences that leads up to the scene at Grandma Death’s and inevidebly the restoration of the Primary Universe**.
‘The Fourth Dimensional Construct is made of Water’. **The time-spear things and the mirror/portal Donnie sees Frank in in his bedroom**

Frank’s whole reason for appearing to Donnie; he is setting up the restoration of the Primary Universe. The chain of events leading up to the restoration of the PU is a series of these ‘ensurance traps’ (not in perfect order, I’m trying to get this finished quickly): 1. Donnie floods school and starts going out with Gretchen (“I’m glad school was cancelled… or we would never have had this conversation”). 2. Donnie finds wallet (“Now you know where he lives”) and burns down house. 3. Cunnigham’s child-porn is exposed, which later keeps Karen at home for campaign, thus Donnie’s Mum has to go away with the girls. 4. Frank shows D the “water spears” which he follows to the gun he later shoots him in the eye with. 5. Monitoff gives Donnie “Philosophy of Time Travel”. 6. Sparkle Motion win contest and go away. 7. Gretchen’s Mum leaves so that Gretchen will go to Donnie’s house, and then to her death. 8. Donnie sends a letter to Roberta Sparrow, she is reading it when the red car comes speeding up the road, causing it to swerve to miss her, and to run Gretchen over.
These are just some of the coincidences that Frank, Gretchen and others set in motion to restore the Primary Universe.

DREAMS

** Karen Pomeroy, Ken Monnitoff (the only 2 teachers sympathetic to Donnie) and Cherita (a harmless lost soul who Donnie promises “everything will be better for someday” and her smile tells us it is) all awake happy and content**. While:

**Jim Cunnigham wakes up from TU crying, knowing he is a pedophile and a fake (according to the notes in PoTT and obituary on website he commits suicide not long after.) K Farmer knows she is not traveling her “righteous path” and is traveling the “path of fear” also, possibly that the man she has been in adoration of (JC) is a pedophile. Therapist – possibly for giving D placebos and not helping him better through therapy, (another one I’m not too sure on.)**

**To show us the error of our ways, punishing those who live a bad life and making them awaken to a more righteous path, and rewarding those that have already ie. Cherita and the teachers.**

The only one that won’t wake up from the Tangent Universe is Donnie. But he has fulfilled his destiny. He uses his Fourth Dimensional Power, restores the Primary Universe and becomes a martyr and a superhero, even if no one knows. He can go out smiling knowing he has saved the world and is no longer afraid of dying alone.

ovaj post je posvecen praznickoj dosadi i dokaz da me se moze lako na svasta nagovorit (pusa, ljubavi...)...
jos par dana uzivancije, onda skola... no necemo o tome, nije pozeljna tema...
krenimo od stare godine, poznatije kao silvestrovo, gdje poljupci pod imelama mogu, a i ne moraju, biti prilicno bitni za daljni razvoj nekih zivota... u buksi je nigdje nije bilo... sta se mene tice, nije je ni trebalo bit... krenuli smo laganim cuganjem uz nove (ako se ne varam) melodije TBFa i, naravno, ska punka... a ti, imenovani kao mi, su se sastojali od sljedecih: melita i vlado kao domacini, hrki, lorena, zgela, meg, bozo, antea, sara i ja... jesam zaboravio koga? mislim da ne... u mirnom, polupijanom vec, raspolozenju, uz ponesto LOTRa i ljubavi, docekali smo ponoc, popracenu vatrometom sa svih glavnih i manje glavnih strana svijeta, a mogao se cuti i pokoji pucanj iz neke puskice, ako me sjecanje i sluh jos dobro sluze... vrativsi se u buksu nastavili smo cugat... i tako do nebrojenih i nepoznatih sati, cak i uz pokoju pjesmu, meni najdrazeg stihoklepca i pjevaca na ovim prostorima, Doleta dok nismo otisli spavat... ovaj put necemo imenovati nas i stavit cemo cenzuru na sve daljnje dogadaje do jutra a i kasnije... necemo o onima koji su cijelo jutro trazili nesta izgubljenog tijekom noci, a necemo ni o onima koji nisu imali sta trazit... probudivsi se, po nebrojeni put, bez deke, naravno (ljubavi volim te), i uzivavsi u svim blagodatima jutra i cenzuriranog sadrzaja, prvi sam morao otic s feste, kao i jebeno uvijek, jer mi je bus isao, IZ ZAGREBA (sorry za danas ljubavi), u pola tri... sve u svemu - najbolja nova dosad...
