At Wednesday, January 31, 2007 10:07:00 AM, I tried to read this last year and only made it 50 pages before tossing it aside. Just couldn't get a handle on the jerky time sequencing and the characters were hard to care about. My husband, ..., thinks it's a great book, but then he also loves Moby Dick (another I'll never finish, I'm afraid). |
