It works by feeding oxygen directly into my trachea so that I can breath - no more walking around with things around my face! wooopie!

The white cord is a loop which stops the tube from being pulled out of my throat- all rather yuck really- but quite a rare procedure and a few distant friends want to see what its like so here you go!
