(Once I sliced it - I couldn't wait to get it to the table and eat - forgot to get a photo of the sliced version) Wee Ha!!!! Rib Roast on sale for 6$ a pound - can't pass that up! rubbed with 1/3 kosher salt, 1/3 onion power, 1/3 garlic powder, and a bunch of fresh ground pepper.
