Your reptile will feel right at home with this custom made terrarium background. This handmade, rock-like background consists of a wall (to hide the electrical cord from the overhead UV lights), climbing areas, and a hide for your reptile to feel protected. The hide is open on the both sides so that you can view your pet while he/she is sleeping.
This background is completely waterproof and can be cleaned with a mild soap and water sponge. Strong detergents, such as bleach or alcohols, are not recommended for cleaning this item. This background was designed to be easily removed from the aquarium, so that you can remove it for cleaning and during feeding live prey, such as crickets, worms, or mice. It will stand in the aquarium alone, without any tape or other fixatives.

The reptile background was handcrafted out of a recycled, Styrofoam cooler. Primed with tile grout, painted with non-toxic acrylics, and sealed with a waterproof PVA. The background is very light in weight and should be handled with care. The background can be used for any small pets that are housed in an aquarium (such as hamsters, mice, snake, lizards, fish, etc).
