Caramelized Steak Skewers
1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, divided
1/4 cup kraft BarBQ sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
Toss steak with 2 tbsp of the dressing; let stand 10 minutes to marinate. Meanwhile, combine 2 tbsp dressing, the barbecue sauce and mustard, set aside.
Preheat barbecue to medium high heat. Thread steak onto 8 long soaked wooden or metal skewers.
Grill skewers 6 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning after 3 minutes and brushing generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.

1 sirloin steak, ready to eat.
The overcooking really showed. The meat was well done, and thus a bit of the flavour was muted. However the meat was not at all fatty or oily, and it was soft like you wouldn't believe. I count this as two servings, because I had half for dinner, and the rest for lunch. It took a lot of willpower, however, not to eat it all in one sitting.
