Bethel Camp Pic.2
The Bethel Mennonite Camp offers a huge amount of fun activities for the youth, as well as teaches them about Jesus Christ and what living for Christ is all about. The camp experience includes hiking trips on a variety of trials, fishing trips at the pond, archery, outdoor basketball, outdoor volleyball, nights spent around the campfire, and various other outdoor activities. The camp also engages in games such as ping-pong, hoops, air hockey, carpet ball, and pool for indoor activities. For outdoor games, they play box hockey, frisbee golf, horse shoes, tetherball, softball, and capture the flag. I consider this camp to be very beneficial and possibly life changing to the youth in our community. I even plan to be a counselor at the camp this spring. I would highly recommend this camp to all young people. It will definitely show all those who attend a very Christ -like motivational point of view.
mr toast at the wild viewing party
after the lacrosse game, we all headed across the street to the wild viewing party. since that night's game was in denver, xcel center had set up a couple huge tv screens on top of the parking ramp. they had food and beer vendors, and a live band played during intermissions.
it was cold out, and even snowed a little! mr toast kept warm by bundling up in a camp chair and perhaps even mixing his own drinks from a flask. by the end of the night, we were all very comfortable indeed.
