I baked some cakes tonight and made my mom's meringue frosting recipe, NOM! I am so happy because usually it's so humid here that its pretty hard to make the egg whites rise to make this type of frosting but tonight it came out beautifully :D
1 egg white, whisked until stiff.
60g of castor sugar whisked into the whites.
Spoon onto either baking paper or a silicon baking sheet.
Bake at 150C for about 30 minutes
