As part of my Pharmacy course we have to go on work placement in a rural location to learn about the challenges facing pharmacists outside the big smoke. This location can be anywhere in Australia. Naturally, we chose Port Douglas in tropical north Queensland, and had the time of our life.
Unfortunately, one of the people I was travelling with had to fly back to Sydney early to go to a Jay Chou concert (I know, don't ask). The drive from the airport back to Port Douglas was probably the most beautiful hour in my life - this photo doesn't do it justice.
