Healthy-burg with Miso Sauce




Healthy-burg with Miso Sauce





::: Ingredients for 4 :::
150g of carrot; minced *
200g of onion; minced *
200g of minced beef
200g of soy mince
(* Use a food-processor to mince)

3 cloves of garlic; grated
2 tablespoons of white wine
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon of milk
1 egg; beaten
1/2 tabspoon of salt
1/2 tabspoon of black pepper

Oil for cooking

=== For Miso Sauce ===
10g of butter
4 mashrooms; sliced
1 tablspoon of white wine
5g of miso

::: Method :::
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Devide it into four balls and make them in a round shape (about 1.5cm thickness) with a small dent in the centre.
3. Heat a frying-pan and cook them over a low heat until brown on both sides.
4. While cooking the burgs, place a butter in a small pan and cook the mashroom until soften. Then add white wine and miso, and mix well. Serve it with the burgs.
