The only real diver of the bunch, the Christopher Ward C6 Kingfisher just looks too big and the style doesn't really go with the suit. The PVD/polished/brushed bracelet is too flashy for dress.

The most breathtaking leg of our trip, I can't wait to return. Cinque Terre is five tiny villages clinging on the cliffs along the coast. There are no cars; for centuries footpaths were the only way to get from place to place. And these paths come with beautiful views of the rocky coast, secluded beaches, fishing villages, vineyards on the cliffs and amazing sunsets. Italians built these homes almost 1,800 years ago to flee pirates and barbarians who could not land their boats on the rocky shores. The villages remain unchanged for centuries except for an influx of tourists in Monterosso. New development has never been allowed and the locals fish or tend to their olive gardens as daily life remains unspoiled. They don't have radio stations but I may just move there someday. My images only begin to capture the charming beauty of this place that I call my Italian home.

This was the very first big figure I ever designed, created for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney's "Alice in Wonderland." Back in the early days, we'd put the character's name on the base, until we discovered that most of the collectors didn't care for it. We omitted the name from later figurines, and if the figurine was balanced and could stand on its own, the removable base became optional (I prefer them without bases.)

In 2005, we re-issued this character with an aqua-colored base which I think was a great improvement in looking more like Mary Blair's color styling in the film. The first brown base didn't feel like the movie at all. You live and learn.

This little wonder was a favorite of off- planet gamblers around 1893. Often this led to disgruntled passengers who decided to settle the score with a small, one shot, stun-blast from a single barreled pocket stinger.

However, most gambling sharks began carrying the GP-004 which was able to put out two blasts at one time with a renewable energy source. The results often ended in dead dudes.

These little pocket guns are a rare find. Most collectors of ray guns, like me, can only obtain photos of this deadly little miracle worker. The GP-004-Atomic Disabler pictured above is the only one that has ever been sold at auction. Even in this rough condition it brought 100 million credit units.

Everywhere you go in the Muslim hinterlands of Bandra I say Bandra as I document Bandra and this Ramzan phenomenon exists in other Muslim areas of Mumbai too , seeking donation for a Masjid or a Madrsa .. the only two main pillars of Islam as seen by these dim lit visionaries..build houses of stone for God and Madrsas for kids to imbibe the values of their religion..

I have nothing against them personally , but I consider most of them beggars too a bit higher in the hierarchy of the hijab covered Muslim beggar who sits outside the Mosque waiting for her Voice and others like her to be heard.

The unfortunate will go on sitting there , nobody builds a home, place of leaning some vocation some skill for these ladies , train them their older kids so they are capable of standing on their feet..I mean I wont elaborate you get the gist , this has to be done instead of just building Mosques and Madrsas

It is up to the senior citizenry of Muslim society to understand this as political Muslim leaders only use the poor as vote bank in most cases , they create through artificial means the poor , how it happens I dont know..

What angers most is when a fire takes place in the slums more poor from other areas come park themselves too and we get more poor , the tenants of the shanties that got burnt lost their deposit belongings so they too take advantage of the system.. and in some places local goondas usurp empty spaces in the shanties to have houses by proxy backed by political influence ..

What I know everyone knows fires in Nargis Dutt Nagar , Behrampada and Garib Nagar and all Muslim localities mind you , great cause for concern, and in Bandra and the chapter gets closed soon enough..

Auxiliary Membership in the Legion of Mary is joining the praying wing of the largest apostalic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church
The Legion of Mary is the largest apostolic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church, with well over 3 million active members in almost every country of the world. It has been active in the United States since 1931 and was endorsed by the Second Vatican Council. The main purpose of the Legion of Mary is to give glory to God through the sanctification of its members.

Auxiliaries are the praying wing of the Legion army, and by their prayers support active legionaries in much the same way that an airforce would support an army.
Auxiliary membership is open to priests, religious and the laity.

Membership consists of those who are unable or unwilling to assume the duties of active membership, but who associate themselves with the Legion by undertaking a service of prayer in its name.
Auxiliary membership is subdivided into two degrees:-

the primary, whose members shall be simply styled auxiliaries; and
the higher, whose members shall be more particularly designated Adjutores Legionis or Adjutorians.

There are no age limits in the case of auxiliary membership. This service need not be offered directly on behalf of the Legion. It will suffice to offer it in honour of Our Blessed Lady. Therefore it is conceivable that the Legion might receive nothing from it, nor does the Legion desire to receive anything which would do more good elsewhere. But as this service is a legionary one, it is probable that it will incline the Queen of the Legion to have regard for the needs of the Legion. However, it is strongly recommended that this and all other legionary service be offered to Our Lady as an unreserved gift to be administered according to her intentions. This would lift it to a higher level of generosity and thus greatly enhance its worth. This purpose would be kept in view by saying daily some formula of offering such as the following: "Mary Immaculate, Mediatrix of all Graces, I place at your disposal such portion of my prayers, works and sufferings as is permitted to me." This twofold auxiliary membership is to the Legion what its wings are to a bird. But if those wings are folded, the Legion hobbles awkwardly and slowly along the ground, brought to a stop by the slightest obstacle.

There is no cost to join the Legion of Mary. No fees, no dues, no supplies to buy. You will be given a copy of the prayers, you will be given a Rosary. Donations to defray the costs of these items will not be accepted, nor will other donations.
There are two degrees of membership, auxiliaries and adjutorians.

THE PRIMARY DEGREE: THE AUXILIARIES
This degree, named the auxiliaries, is the left wing of the Legion's praying army. Its service consists in the daily recitation of the prayers comprised in the tessera, namely: the invocation and prayer of the Holy Spirit; five decades of the rosary and the invocations which follow them; the Catena; and the prayers described as "concluding prayers". Just back from a good time we had camping in our camper-trailer at Ballina and in time to enter this pic in project glimpse. Here you see a little bit of history. We have my g.grandfather's watch chain; my grandfather's watch or timepiece; the first watch I ever owned which was presented to me by my parents on my 15th birthday; my present watch and a bedside table alarm-clock.
With modern digital throw-away society watches like my present watch, it seems inconceivable that the old-style clockwork timepieces or watches could be repaired time and time again before they were totally worn out. When I had my grandfather's timepiece and my old watch checked by a watchmaker recently, he said they only required cleaning and the workings were "as good as the time when they were made".
This would not occur with my present watch. Certainly, batteries can be replaced but if anything else fails in its mechanism, a watchmaker will say _ Sorry, sir but it's time you bought a new one. This watch has had it's day.

Blue has some pocket watch cases he wants watch chains for. I made this one with the Byzantine pattern. This time it worked, because I used thicker rings. I've ordered some bronze and copper rings, and I'm going to try this again when I get them. It is supposed to look really good in two colors.

Deets Carroll watches Al stroll in, her face unreadable. "Evening, Al. This an official visit?"

Leor Tobias waves a little to Phil, relieved at his presence.

Alegria Dagostino holds up a hand toward David. "I'm not here for you, Valentino," she says, eyes fixed solidly on the side of Leor's head, her position careful to keep the man to her right at the bar in her peripheral vision. After Leor's comment, the Chief'd reach out suddenly, trying to grip the pig-tailed woman by the throat.

Leor Tobias is startled by the sudden lunge, she topples back over the barstool, kicking out at Alegria as she goes.

David Valentino blinks for a moment, slow to react as he is suprised at the Chief's action, "What the fuck?"

Jaina Lefevre squeals. 'MAMA!" and twists, intending to get behind the bar.

Deets Carroll scoops up Jaina and attempts to get clear. "Hey, Hey! watch the kid!" She sets Jaina down on the floor of the back booth.

Alegria Dagostino swats at Leor's legs, hissing as one spikedheel scrapes across her bare lower arm. She tries to plant a booted foot on Leor's midsection and would bend down to try and grab the woman by the hair. "Getup, you chickenshit."

Deets Carroll frowns, "I'm guessing this is something in the tone of a Letter to the Editor?"

Rick Hauser takes a swig from his beer again and glances over to the cop. He closes his eyes for a moment thinking that it was the same one he almost shot the other day during Raive's fuck-up... But no, this one had tits. Shorter hair though. He then pulls out a cigarette and lights it up, taking in a deep drag and exhaling with a sigh. He'll just continue to observe.

Phileas Blackman is equally startled and then makes a lunge at the woman aiming a backhanded blow at her head with his metal hand. "Get the fuck off my sister, you bitch!"

Leor Tobias takes the kick to the stomach and quickly crab crawls back to the bar, pulling herself up, narrowly avoiding Al's lunging grasp at her pigtailes.

David Valentino is hesitant to attack the MPD Chief, but isn't gonna stand around and watch Leor get mauled, "Let her go NOW Chief, or I'll exercise my right to a peaceful bar and pump a load of riot pellets into your face!"

David Valentino reaches under the bar, to make the threat a bit more real.

Jaina Lefevre settles her butt on the table and watches, ready to duck at the sight of the first gun. She's wide-eyed and wary.

Rick Hauser shrugs at the bar fight, and just remains calm... Well more like he was irritated. He then raises an eyebrow over at the bartender telling a cop what to do. And here he thought the MPD and the mayor had the big dicks in the city.

Alegria Dagostino leans and turns to see the incoming swing, and brings her left hand up to try and deflect the blow. It hurts. Afucking lot, and she brings her right arm around to try and grab the man's shirt. "This doesn't concern you, and if she does what she's told, she won't be hurt. Much." The last word, merely a growl.

Deets Carroll glances between the three of them and David. She'd be inclined to let the scene play out, but there were limits. She released the security strap on her holster, just in case. And cursing to herself that she didn't have her baton handy.

Jaina Lefevre stays quiet and out of the way.

Rick Hauser reaches over the table and goes to place a ip in the jar, but retracts. He already paid for the beer, and he didn't like the atmosphere. He then goes to get up from the stool and walk towards the door as the cop was distracted. He didn't need her to recognize him from any security footage or have a reason to question him. Plus he didn't want to get interrupted on another dinner date by Commander Enzo.

David Valentino lifts up the sawed-off "Streetsweeper" and sighs, wondering if he really wants to do this, and first aims it at the ceiling, saying one more time, "Break it up damnit!"

Jaina Lefevre glances up at the gun and her eyes go wide. She makes a soft whimpering noise, then covers her mouth with both hands and looks around...then crawls behind the seats. She's hiding!

Leor Tobias clutches at her stomach, the blow hit her ribs and probably broke one, but she's more angry than hurt... "Do as I'm told... DO AS I'M TOLD????" she growls. "Not you or anyone has the right to tell me what to do... you tell me what it is that gives you the right, your badge? In a city with no laws... in a city where you can get away with murder ... or is it your gun?"

Phileas Blackman realizes, thanks to David, that he's got a gun. He looks at the woman's hand tangled in his shirt. "She's my busniess, Ma'am, She's my sister, and she's not doing anything. Now, let go of My goddamn shirt." His hand rests on his gun. " I don't want to have to get impolite."

Alegria Dagostino does indeed let go of his shirt, her attention now turned to Leor's mouthin

[Run run rabbit.. run away..]

[5:30] Dmitry Luminos walks up to the fire - there was always a fire set here. Usually someone was around, but not today. He holds out his hands, letting the warmth counter the early-morning chill a bit. He looks down into the woods to his right, then towards the city on his left, taking in the scenery.

[5:33] Despite the fire always being burning, today would likely not be a normal day for the young man. A large creature of an unknown origin began to move up the cliff-face at the scent of the new being. It was curious, and perhaps just a little hungry after it's last encounter went very wrong. It slipped up and moved along one of the larger rocks, to take in the scent that was waiting for it. Another one of those creatures waited. The creature looked over the rock only momentarily, it's red eyes gleaming furiously as the firelight refracted off of them. It moved back into the shadows the moment that it had seen Dmitry, his small stature most certainly enthralling it momentarily. It let out a low snake like hiss, likely just barely audible to Dmitry over the crackle of the campfire.

[5:37] Dmitry Luminos stretches and yawns a bit, backing off as the fire warms him a bit too much. He closes his eyes and breathes in the morning air, stopping and opening his eyes as he hears a strange hissing sound. It seems somewhat distant, but of indeterminate direction; Dmitry turns, expecting to see on of those odd snake-girls somewhere nearby. He doesn't say anything.

[5:39] The creature, whatever it was, continued to stay behind the rock. The hissing noises becoming more and more audible as time went by. They were becoming more audible as they became louder, Dmitry would slowly be able to determine that the direction the noises were coming from were the cliff-face that overlooked the ocean.

[5:42] Dmitry Luminos turns back to face the fire as the hissing sounds rise in frequency and volume. They're loud enough at this point that he can tell their character is different from the sounds the snake women make. He looks toward the apparent source...the rocks leading down to the sea. He steps sideways, just enough to see the rocks, but still putting the fire between himself and that area. "....hello?" he says, watching intently.

[5:45] The creature moved away from it's hiding spot near the rock, and crawled along the side of the hill-face like it was a spider or even close to the slither of a snake. Moving in silence, the creature made it's way to the rock closest to Dmitry. It had stopped hissing in the mean-time, but when it was one again in a safe place, the hissing started up again. Dmitry would note that the hissing was audibly closer, and was most certainly of a different tone than that of the snake-girls. This hissing sounded closer to that of a toad, than a snake. One thing was for certain, it was much less distant than before.

[5:49] Dmitry Luminos waits on pins and needles as the hissing by the far rocks stops at the sound of his voice. He watches and listens, hearing nothing but the crackle of the fire, until suddenly the hissing sounds again - much, much closer, and from behind him suddenly. Dmitry spins, eyes scanning the darkness, somewhat panicked as he entertains the idea that he's surrounded by at least two of....something. He takes a step back toward the fire, and his right hand drops to his knife handle. "Who's there?" he asks, firmly.

[5:52] No voice responded to Dmitry's question. Nothing but silence. Then the hissing started again. The hissing started to grow much louder, and much clearer now. Whatever it was had put it's throat into it now. It seemed to have a very distinct hiss, that Dmitry would likely never mistake for something else again - whatever it was. As Dmitry reached for his knife, he might feel his instincts kicking in, and his hair raising along his body - something primal inside of him warning of what was nearby. The hissing stopped suddenly, as a snake like thing began to crawl around the side of the rock. One of the fleshy tentacles of the monster moving up the grass - and slinking it's way towards one of the base poles of the watchtower.

[5:56] Dmitry Luminos gets a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach as the sound becomes more distinct yet - clearly something was approaching him. He takes another step back, peering with intense concentration at the rocks beyond the tower base, fancying he sees something moving. Something....not right. The sinking feeling ties his guts in a knot as he sees tentacles....something with an unnatural shape. "...the fuck?" he says aloud, his hand unsnapping the strap around his knife handle and tightening his grip on the handle, very slowly drawing it. He tries not to move suddenly.

[5:58] The tentacle as it moved through the grass and made it's way to the pole, started to stand up slightly as if it were the head of a creature. It seemed to move around like it was peer
