Cake Flour ----------------400g
Cocoa Powder------------25g
Icing Sugar-----------------250g
Butter ------------------------200g
Vanilla Extract--------------Some

1.) Keep butter to be room temperature,scatter butter and sugar by eggbeater then add fresh cream and keep scattering until they are mixed well.

2.) And then add sieved flour and mix up to be dough.

3.) Cut the dough to be two equal parts and add cocoa powder into one of them and rub to be mixed well.

4.) Pack these two paste individual and keep frozen fror thirty minutes. Put dough on wrap and press it to be flat, keep frozen for twenty minutes.

5.)Press dough to be 0.5cm thick and cut to be same size.

6.) Combine these two dough and roll one of them to be cylinder and fold the other one to be long strip and then keep chilled ofr one hour or frozen for thirty minutes.

7.) Take dough out of the fridge and cut to be 0.5cm thick then put on baking tray to bake. Preheat oven at 180C and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Recipe: Ice Cream-Strawberry Hearts


1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, quartered
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream


1. Heat oven to 450°F. In medium bowl, gently mix strawberries and granulated sugar. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to sweeten strawberries.

2. Remove pie crust from pouch; unroll onto cutting board. With 4 1/2-inch and 3-inch heart-shaped cookie cutters, cut out 4 large heart shapes and 4 small heart shapes from crust. Place all hearts on ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.

4. For each serving, place 1 large heart crust on dessert plate; sprinkle powdered sugar over heart and plate. Place 1/4 cup ice cream on heart crust. Place small heart crust over ice cream; sprinkle powdered sugar over small heart. Serve with about 1/2 cup strawberries.
