Frogs Legs Anyone...Macro Energy...A Delicacy To Many...Recipe Included... Hi everyone...Goodmorning...It's a day of sunshine in Perth Ontario Canada...I think it is going to be a beautiful day... About the Frogs...When I was a kid my Mom & Dad used to take us to a spot in Pakenham to catch Frogs...We used to take the legs from them & cook them...I recall they were very yummy & much like chicken...To many they r quite a delicacy & to this day they still R...But as time went on I found myself not liking to do this & lost interest...I did not want to hurt the Frogs... A part of life's memories... Have a wonderful day full of positive energy...God Bless... A Recipe... Ingredients... 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons honey 1 clove garlic, minced 1 pinch ground ginger 1 pound frog legs 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion Salt and pepper to taste Directions... 1. Stir together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Toss frog legs in marinade to coat evenly, then set aside to marinate for 1 hour. 2. Drain the frog legs well, reserving marinade. Season with salt and pepper, and toss with cornstarch to coat. 3. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the legs until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side. While the legs are cooking, bring the marinade to a simmer in a small saucepan, and simmer for 3 minutes. 4.
