A Momentary Lapse of Reason
Yesterday I apparently forgot that I was on the Road to Fitness and took the Road to Candyland instead! I didn't track points or exercise, and I ate a bunch of the cookies that I was making to put DD's candy in to get rid of the candy. Oops! (Anyone else notice that the word "Oops!" appears frequently in my talks about the Road to Fitness? Now you know how I gained thirty pounds in three years-- Oops!)
Today's a new day, though, and I've already exercised and tracked my points so far. For the two things I've eaten.
