School of the Arts
Rochester city schools do not have a good reputation. In fact, I sell quite a bit of real estate because young families want to move their children out of the city school district.
There seems to be one exception. I've worked with two different families that have had a child accepted in the Rochester School of the Arts and the most important thing to them is that they stay with the city bounds. It's a beautiful building for those beautiful minds that is located on University Ave.
Light of the Orient
I first stumbled on this huge stainless steel sculpture in 2007 while lost on foot walking the wrong way on a road leading away from the Bund (tourist area). It is a long way on a hot day.
The Light of the Orient sculpture is located on Century Avenue at the entrance to Century Square, a large square that combines eastern and western themes in Pudong area of Shanghai.
It is made up of over 6000 meters of stainless steel tubing and is a fun shoot at any time of day or night.
