BC talks taxes
Attorney General Barry Penner joined Finance Minister Kevin Falcon (left) and Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Blair Lekstrom (right) April 14, 2011 to confirm the BC government will promote discussion on the HST by funding both sides of the debate. Public dialogues and a voters' guide for BC households are part of the plan to inform voters in advance of the HST referendum, which starts in June.
Watch out for the tax man
At the National Tax Museum. (One of only four tax museums in the world!) Too bad they didn't have any info in English. I think Peter (the tax attorney) liked it anyway. I made him pose like the tax men in the photo next to him.
