Soundwell studio has grammas bike and they're not giving it back
It's almost impossible to make out what this is a picture of so I'll fill in the details. This is a Pashley Princess Sovereign with it's rear tire removed, a set of Nitto handlebars and a Torker Cargo T front rack installed. The bike has been mounted into a stationary bike stand, it's rear tire removed, and it's rear wheel attached to a rotation powered generator. The generator will power a shit ton of audio equipment (which will be mounted onto the bike's two racks). The whole thing is part of some insane exhibition taking place in the bowels of an evil scientist's laboratory in Downtown Los Angeles.
This is the completed light module with the bulb domes installed (bulbs are not installed yet). We are experimenting with 12 Volt R.V. bulbs this time to eliminate the AC inverter step and hopefully make a more direct connection. This module will sit beside the stationary bicycle or on a nearby table. A handlebar mounted switch will enable the pedaler to switch between the incandescent and florescent bulbs to feel the difference in pedal effort required to power the different types of bulbs (incandescent vs. compact florescent) with the bicycle mounted generator. The difference is dramatic!
