American Baby Company Organic Interlock Pack N Play Sheet
The organic knit cradle sheet is made of super soft and breathable knitted organic cotton interlock material for baby's comfort. The story of organic cotton: Once upon a time I was organically grown in a land far far away. I am grown free of pesticides whereas conventional cotton accounts for 275 million pounds of pesticides annually. I am then cultivated and hand-picked of insects then spun into thread and made into organic bedding which is incredibly fine soft and strong. I am proud to be made of organic cotton. I stand for clean air water and soil. I am ideal for baby's sensitive skin and am the most natural fabric for your baby. Baby will thank you and so will Mother Nature.
What A Warm Mattress
Last Sunday Lucy went into labor. She pushed and pushed but no babies. We took her into the animal hospital near us and she had to have a C section because two of the kittens were too big to come out. Out of the four kittens only two survived the surgery and from those two only one little girl survived the night. Since Lucy is not producing milk we have to bottle feed her about every two hours. Gundi and I have been taking some sick time and sleeping on the couch so we don't miss a feeding. (Lucy and baby have set up home on a pillow behind the couch) So as of today our little baby is doing well and so is Momma. Lucy is a surprisingly good mother and seems to really trust Gundi and I and even seems to call us when her baby is hungry. There's still a posiblilty she can get sick because she's not getting the antibodies from Lucy. We'll keep you posted.
Greeting a new member of the family
Wendy and her newborn son. I got them from their village to the
"hospital" in time. Note that in this facility, mattresses are not
provided, among other things. (We provided the mattress.) The two nurses
on duty did help this lady and her son through a breach delivery,
though. The baby's father is on the far right. The mother is holding the
baby. Various other relatives are gathered around to greet the new
member of the family.
