ATOMIC TIMEKEEPING WATCHES

i had the most amazing experience last night...it's weird because i was downtown to shoot the monster of a lennie sitting on rainier and then i missed it.

so i kind of wandered about shooting random holiday lights. and eventually met up w/ Spiker B (to be known as "Spikah!" from here on out, thanks Squatch!)

but there is a park at the base of queen anne hill ~ right below where my sister lived. and they had these grooving lights i wanted to shoot.

but when i got down there, there were two girls just totally playing around on the wall.

one had a camera (a Nikon D50, i believe) and she was shooting the other girl.

it was the coolest thing to watch them playing around in front of those lights, just being girls and completely unaware of everything else in the world.

i ended up shooting them for awhile and then went over and introduced myself and showed them the shots i'd taken.

they loved the shots so much that they agreed to do some posed ones.

this shot is one of my favorites from the series because they were using the camera.

unfortunately my tripod is missing a footie and in the dark i could not see to get it level.

i leveled this shot in PS but actually came back and used the original~and then i even tilted it more.

nothing else was touched in the shot at all. no levels. no color sats. no curves. no crop.
