According to my experience for electronic cigarette versus deadly tobacco cigarette, I found e cigarette is safer, better and cheaper than traditional tobacco cigarette.
Guys! I am a student of medical science and now I am pursuing my internship in the field of research on electronic cigarette. Actually there is little bit research have done on the e cigarette.
Research on History of Electronic Cigarette:
Electronic cigarette came into the market of USA three year ago. Electronic cigarette is the invention of a 52 year old Chinese pharmacist Hon Lik of Beijing.
His father was a chain smoker who dies due to lung cancer. After the death of his father, Hon Lik invents the electronic cigarette. A company Lik worked for, Golden Dragon Holdings developed the electronic cigarette. Later they changed the name to Ruyan and their first patent was registered in 2003. Ruyan means “like smoke or smoke anywhere”.
Electronic cigarettes first time introduce to Europe in 2003 and 2006-2007 in USA. Actually electronic cigarettes were firstly introduced as NRT means Nicotine Replacement Therapy. But in September 2008 WHO( World Health Organization) gave some guidelines on the behalf of e cigarette health risks that electronic cigarette does not consider to be a smoking cessation aid. A analysis and research by Health New Zealand concludes that carcinogens and toxicants are present in the smoke of e cigarette but below the harmful level and recognized as safe alternative to smoking, yet they are not 100% safe.
Ingredients that I found in cartridges of different brands of e cigarettes:
I found the liquid in the cartridges contains 80% to 85% of Propylene Glycol, 0.1% to 6% of Nicotine, 2% to 5% of Glycerol, 0% to 4.5% of Tobacco essence, 1% to 2% Organic Acid, Up to1% Anti-Oxidation Agent, Water 2.9 %, etc. as ingredients. Some brands also contain Alcohol up to 8 %. There are different organic compounds for different flavors too.

Throat hurts after using E-Cig?
Hey guys!!!!!!!! I am smoking electronic cigarette regularly form last 7 months but I had never face such problem but one of my friend felt that her throat hurts after using e cig. Later we find that it was a coincident because she had taken hot food along with chilled water so that’s why her throat hurts while I had taken simple water after my dinner. I remembered that both of us had smoke cherry flavor on that day while we were watching a movie. How it is possible that I had not face any problem while she?
Actually it is fact that liquid of e cig has also contained propylene glycol for vaporization. That could cause throat irritation.
