Horizontal Louver Blinds

horizontal louver blinds

  • (horizontally) in a horizontal direction; "a gallery quite often is added to make use of space vertically as well as horizontally"

  • A horizontal line, plane, etc

  • parallel to or in the plane of the horizon or a base line; "a horizontal surface"

  • something that is oriented horizontally

  • A louver (American English) or louvre (British English), from the French l'ouvert; "the open one") is a window, blind or shutter with horizontal or, less often, vertical slats, that are angled to admit light and air, but to keep out rain, direct sunshine, and noise.

  • one of a set of parallel slats in a door or window to admit air and reject rain

  • A domed structure on a roof, with side openings for ventilation

  • Each of a set of angled slats or flat strips fixed or hung at regular intervals in a door, shutter, or screen to allow air or light to pass through

  • (louvered) supplied with louvers for ventilation; "a louvered door"

  • The blinds are forced bets posted by players to the left of the dealer button in flop-style poker games. The number of blinds is usually two, but can be one or three.

  • Confuse or overawe someone with something difficult to understand

  • Deprive (someone) of understanding, judgment, or perception

  • Cause (someone) to be unable to see, permanently or temporarily

  • A window blind is a type of window covering which is made with slats of fabric, wood, plastic or metal that adjust by rotating from an open position to a closed position by allowing slats to overlap. A roller blind does not have slats but comprises a single piece of material.

  • window coverings, especially vertical blinds, wood blinds, roller blinds, pleated blinds

horizontal louver blinds - The 2009

The 2009 Report on Sheet Metal Roof Ventilators and Louvers and Dampers for Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning: World Market Segmentation by City

The 2009 Report on Sheet Metal Roof Ventilators and Louvers and Dampers for Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning: World Market Segmentation by City

This report was created for global strategic planners who cannot be content with traditional methods of segmenting world markets. With the advent of a "borderless world", cities become a more important criteria in prioritizing markets, as opposed to regions, continents, or countries. This report covers the top 2000 cities in over 200 countries. It does so by reporting the estimated market size (in terms of latent demand) for each major city of the world. It then ranks these cities and reports them in terms of their size as a percent of the country where they are located, their geographic region (e.g. Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America, Latin America), and the total world market.

In performing various economic analyses for its clients, I have been occasionally asked to investigate the market potential for various products and services across cities. The purpose of the studies is to understand the density of demand within a country and the extent to which a city might be used as a point of distribution within its region. From an economic perspective, however, a city does not represent a population within rigid geographical boundaries. To an economist or strategic planner, a city represents an area of dominant influence over markets in adjacent areas. This influence varies from one industry to another, but also from one period of time to another.

In what follows, I summarize the economic potential for the world's major cities for "sheet metal roof ventilators and louvers and dampers for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning" for the year 2009. The goal of this report is to report my findings on the real economic potential, or what an economist calls the latent demand, represented by a city when defined as an area of dominant influence. The reader needs to realize that latent demand may or may not represent real sales.

Jamalia. Wide horizontal portrait.

Jamalia. Wide horizontal portrait.

Jamalia. Wide horizontal portrait. Model: Jamalia. Awesome girl - bone structure, eyes and her chick and lips -crazy beautiful model. And she is a realy smart person. A lot of photographer told me that models not suppouse to be smart - they suppose to looks great - just it. I do not agree with this statement - coz even in the final photo viewer can see this - even by looking in the eyes of model . When I saw an "American Next Top model", for example, I steel feel like this is a show of brain damaged people (with all my respect to people who have a real brain damage) - but Im speking about behavior of some potential candidates on "top model" title in this show. But I think if model pretty AND smart - its a real gift for photographer. Its a big pleasure to work with model's like Jamalia.
