Edible Flowers for sale?

Edible Flowers for sale?

It was found in the Manchester railway station. It is OK for local people who know what M&S is and what their brands are doing BUT Manchester is supposed to be an International location where you expect people arriving from all over the world. I thought they are selling flowers for salads (eating flowers is possible if you have not known), so I went to see whether they have started this as their business finally. Of course they were just selling cut flowers and this sign was nothing to do with food. It is SOOOO confusing.

Cut flowers

Cut flowers

I actually have a small cut flower business too. I deliver fresh cut flowers to the Atlanta market every Monday for about 5 weeks during the bloom season. Lenten Roses make great cut flowers after they are pollenated and drop their sepals. Before that, they are too delicate and will not last very long in water.
