APPLICATION OF BANDPASS FILTER. REGISTER AIR FILTER SYSTEM.
Application Of Bandpass Filter
- A band-pass filter is a device that passes frequencies within a certain range and rejects (attenuates) frequencies outside that range. An example of an analogue electronic band-pass filter is an RLC circuit (a resistor–inductor–capacitor circuit).
- An electric circuit designed to pass only middle frequencies.
- A filter that attenuates signals both below and above the desired passband.
- the act of bringing something to bear; using it for a particular purpose; "he advocated the application of statistics to the problem"; "a novel application of electronics to medical diagnosis"
- a verbal or written request for assistance or employment or admission to a school; "December 31 is the deadline for applications"
- A formal request to an authority for something
- The action of putting something into operation
- The action or process of making such a request
- the work of applying something; "the doctor prescribed a topical application of iodine"; "a complete bleach requires several applications"; "the surface was ready for a coating of paint";
UV Photograph near Weenebayko Hospital in Moose Factory, Ontario
I recently acquired a new UV bandpass filter for my DSLR. This filter compliments a set of IR filters I now have.
I have been curious for some time about this area of photography - beyond the visible spectrum.
The filters (UV and IR) are completely jet black, yet with the exposure set right, an image will appear.
This photograph is my first in the UV wavelength. I photographed an area just outside my front door for the experiment.
The effect is quite interesting - note the water and apparent brightness.
The cool thing about this filter are the astronomical applications (Venus and Solar Calcium K astrophotography)!!!
