Which Oil Filter For My Car

which oil filter for my car

    oil filter
  • a filter that removes impurities from the oil used to lubricate an internal-combustion engine

  • An oil filter is a filter to remove contaminants from engine oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, or hydraulic oil. Oil filters are used in many different types of hydraulic machinery.

  • A cartridge-filled canister placed in an engines lubricating system to strain dirt and abrasive materials out of the oil.

    my car
  • HAS THE NAME OF LILLY, SHE CAN BE A BITCH

It carried a lot of baggage {Explored}

But did it gracefully, didn't it? When I peeped inside this open car (not sure what to call it - baggage car? box car?) and spotted that olive-drab trunk with black metal clasps and wooden slats, I melted! I HAVE A TRUNK EXACTLY LIKE THAT. It was my grandfather's, which he inherited from his father and which he referred to as his "steamer trunk." I always thought he meant steamship but maybe he meant steam train! (Konabish in comments below described the difference between a steamer trunk, which this was not, and a regular flat-top trunk, like this one. Thanks, Greg!)

Anyway, I HAD to get this picture, and then I HAD to do a little sliding. This has a bit of HDR, a touch of warming filter, and then, at the sestion of the crate of Fuller Paints and Oils, a few oil paint dabs from pixelbender. I wanted it to look real... but not quite... I also loved the old milk cans, a familiar sight on my other grandfather's dairy farm. This was my favorite car!

This of course is another from my shots at the California State Railroad Museum during their Trains and Tripods event, where photographers got to have the museum to themselves before it opened to the public. It was so much fun in spite of being quite challenging lighting in which to shoot. Perfect time to haul out the ol' sliders. HSS!

(I'd REALLY like you to see BOB's view for this one: Big On Black. Type L, OK?)

Honda CB500T

Honda CB500T

Honda CB500T RTX 320R,Bought from a gent in Keynsham, had full Pantera fairing,but at the time I could not get use to it so off it came, the original collector box rotted as did the silencers so a 2 in to 1 was put on,made the bike sound nicer.
replaced cam chain and tensioner,rear shocks were changed for Hagons,the electric start motor failed,so the kick start was used, the kickstart return spring snapped and a jubilee clip was placed in the tight place to stop the kickstart going further forward than it should have done, the side stand snapped of,but having a centre stand it was not an issue, the electics under the seat shorted causing a little fire and smoke,this was easily sorted,the front break siezed ,but I loved this Honda,it took me afar,not very fast,steady,not the best handling machine but I was never one to push on hard.
The good thing was that the plugs,oil and air filter,carbs were so easy to work upon,unlike the Deauville I ride today which mean the panels have to come off,I gave it away in the late 180s to a girl named Belinda who shipped it on to some one who was going to Hard Tail the frame, there is one born every minute.
The Vauxhall Viva was my Mums first car,light blue in colour she loved it
