USIT in concert at the Looping Festival, 2010
Gaentao Fontnazza of Italy, and Jeff Duke of Florida (UsIt), perform at Pearl Alley Studios on October 15, 2010, as part of the Looping Festival, in Santa Cruz, California, USA. Their hour-long set featured ambient music, glitch, noise, avant-experimental material and melodic chill, presented through improvisatory collaboration. The two artists had never met until the week of the concert, having always collaborated on=line. They gave their first concerts in person at the looping festival, to the delight of the audience.
The support act at the Alban Arena was a really talented muscian who eventually brought his band on stage. They played a kind of Jazz (who knows what to call it) but with a horn player that really sounded cool.
