Michael is on business trip, so cooking for just one is quite so not big deal. This dish is inspired by a photo that I saw months ago. It's called "sesame tahini noodle" which is actually not simple mixing of noodle and tahini. What I did was:
. heat noodle in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
. make a sauce which includes 1 spoon of Chinese sesame tahini, 1 spoon of soy, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 table spoon of sugar and 1 table spoon of chili sauce
. fry sliced chicken breast and mushroom and tofu without any flavor till chicken is medium, mushroom is done, and tofu is crispy.
. put all ingredient together, include noodle, chicken, mushroom and put some water to simmer them still done, then put sauce in, toss it till well blended. Chives for garnish finally.
It tasted great. I will cook it in the future, definitely.
