Well, if you ask me, what you need is three key ingridients: 1) Beer 2) Ole Abstract on your radio 3) Patience Well, 2 out of 3 would have to do, and after a lot of getting my head or other parts of my body stuck in seriously uncomforterble positions, I proudly present our bathroom floor tiles. If the people who (hopefully) will rent our ground floor apartment don't like my tiles, well then I'll just have to make that bucket into a fitting pair of cement shoes won't I... (Sopranos style) People my size should never ever try to tile such a small bathroom, anybody know of a 24/7 physiotherapist? Solve tile installed 7:30PM on friday - 3 days to go. there are a couple spots that aren't 100% lined up. i think they're close but working with an old house makes for a lot of imperfections. the floor is sloped a bit and at least 2 of the walls aren't perfectly straight. i still need to grout. i won't be done this weekend though...i forgot to account for drying time between setting the tile and grouting them. i'm going to switch to a little kitchen work while i wait for the mortar to dry.
