I swear, my step dad's definition of "a tune up" is vastly different from mine... So far, he's replaced the spark plugs, plug cables, points, distributor cap, battery cables, and the clutch pressure plate. Left to do before we take it out is rewire the whole thing, put on the new carburetor, add a fuel filter, and reposition the throttle cable. Later on we'll strip it all down to clean it up and paint it, add some more lights, maybe replace the shocks, and build the dash... but we want to take it out a few times before we purdy it up. ;)

Used and new filter for a 2004 Kawasaki ZZR600. Used filter (left) was replaced in Oct 2010 at 16K miles. The Used filter was not stock and most likely installed circa 2007 at 2500 miles when I purchased the bike from the original owner. Needless to say it needed to be replaced a long time ago. New filter is Part Number FIL3011, 30 micron.

The inlet and outlet tubes have two sizes. I cut the lower smaller diameter, which was .25 inches
