When we have a bunch of eggs that are getting close to their expiration date I'll hard boil them all and eat them for breakfast (take one to work, eat it with salt/pepper). I forgot to set the timer when I was boiling these, though, and they ended up a little overcooked.
I hate overdone hard boiled eggs, especially overdone yolks. I decided that the only way to salvage these was to make deviled eggs.
