Wireless Video Intercom System
- allows voice communication to the gate by having a master station inside a structure and a sub-station at the gate. Normally a release of the gate is also incorporated into this type of system. The intercom is less expensive in equipment costs but also has limited use possibilities.

Security, Central Sound System and Intercom
There is an Intercom system that runs throughout the house. Here pictured in the master bedroom next to a second location of the security system, the panel controls the sound system for the room as well as the central intercom system that can open the front door and connects to the rest of the house.
