It's become my 7 Days tradition to post at least one picture of one of my cocktails. This one is a concoction I came up with - Dole's Pina Colada Mix, Vodka, Triple Sec, and Peach Schnapps. Very tropical! Care to join me?
If you are a little observant, you might notice in this picture that I'm not wearing my wedding ring. Don't worry - I'm still married! But one day last week at work, I suddenly noticed the diamond was missing from my ring. I looked all around my desk, in my chair, under my keyboard, etc., to no avail. I looked in my car and at home too, not being sure when it fell out. I had pretty much given up on ever finding it - it could have gone down the shower drain, fallen out in the parking lot, or have been just about anywhere. The next day, I was working, and got up to go take a break. When I came back to my desk, I glanced down at my chair and saw something small and somewhat shiny in it. There was my diamond! I have no idea how it got there, because I'm sure I checked my chair the day before. Soooo...I'm going to have it reset after Christmas sometime. And I think this time I'll be buying a personal articles insurance policy on it!
7 Days: Day 7 - Teaching an old dog some tricks
Fred is 7 years old now, and he only has one eye. I recently started teaching him some tricks, and I'm really surprised he's picked them up, since I'm not the best trainer. But, he gets so excited about the "treat" part of doing tricks, that he's not too focused. He's pretty funny though.
Loved this run of 7 Days, but then I always do! What a great group of people! I tried to do better with commenting this time - still have a lot more to do though. See you all next time!
