Talia eats chipotle she says atleast once a week. And atleast 3 times a week fast food, or semi-fast food. Her eating habits vary between eating an average of 500 calories a day to over 2500 calories a day. But never misses breakfast. I measure my arms, chest, and waist weekly, and I weigh myself at the same time. This is how I monitor my progress. I'm currently on a 2500 calorie diet to burn off this belly fat I've managed to accumulate.
