Gli impianti che WRS offre per il trattamento dei pneumatici, consentono un’elevata flessibilita di utilizzo, in quando sono in grado di trattare e ridurre in granuli qualsiasi tipo di pneumatico.
I nostri impianti partono dalle macchine per la stallonatora, processo tramite il quale viene tolto l’anello in fili di acciaio (tallone) che e presente all’interno del pneumatico, passano alle cesoie, che tagliano il pneumatico a pezzi, per finire con la triturazione.
I pezzi di gomma triturati vengono inviati, tramite un nastro trasportatore, al processo successivo: la granulazione.
Nel granulatore il prodotto viene ridotto in granuli di dimensioni finissime.
Gli impianti WRS sono dotati, inoltre, di polverizzatori, micronizzatori, nastri trasportatori, coclee, vibrovagli, vibro-trasportatori, impianti di aspirazione e macchine per lo stampaggio del granulo, il tutto sapientemente combinato in soluzioni chiavi in mano che possono trattare dai 1000 ai 10000 kg/h.


The plants offered by WRS for the treatment of tyres enable greater flexibility of use as they are capable of treating any type of tyre, reducing them to granules.
Our plants start from the bead breaking machines, a process through which the steel wire ring inside the tyre (bead) is removed, proceeding then to the shears that cut the tyre into pieces, which are then shredded. The pieces of rubber produced from the shredder are sent, along a conveyor belt, to the next process: the granulation. The product is reduced to extremely fine granules in the granulator.
Furthermore, WRS plants are equipped with pulverisers, micronisers, conveyor belts, augers, vibrating screens, vibrating conveyers, aspiration plants and granule moulding machines, all expertly produced in turnkey solutions that can treat from 1000 to 10,000 kg/h.
