Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari 250 LM Sebring / Daytona 1965 #29
Presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 1963, this was the berlinetta version of the 250 P prototype, sharing the same chassis and running gear with just minor modifications. It was designed by Pininfarina and coach-worked by Scaglietti. Only thirty-two cars were built, making it one of the most valuable and rare cars in the world. This Hot Wheels Elite model reproduces the Ferrari 250 LM as it was raced in the 1965 Sebring 12-hour race by Mark Donohue and Walt Hansgen. Reproduced in detail in 1/18 scale and sure to please.

Classic cars, trucks and motorcycles are invited to park on Main and 6th Ave, between 10am and 5pm. The restaurant is asking for a minimum donation of $5.00 for two wheels and $10.00 for four wheels. Included in the day long event will be performances by local bands: Battle Snakes, Dead Voices and The Valuables with appearances from the local burlesque, pin up and roller derby community. For four years The Whip’s Show and Shine has been a community favorite adding a touch of the classic rockabilly style to a flourishing young community.
For Mission 24. What is valuable to an agent?
The life of an agent is dangerous; intense; ultimately sad and lonely. Agents may need to cut themselves off from those they know and love in order to complete a mission. Agents need to be focused. Botched assignments could mean death, of an agent or a loved one. So, what becomes valuable to an agent? Dreams do. Dreams of being someone else, a writer, a regular Joe, an athlete, or a musician. So what do agents do when an assignment is over and downtime is nigh? They act out their dreams. In this case, a Mississippi Delta bluesman. Ha! An Oregon Mississippi Delta bluesman.

Every year, Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and the National Hockey League name a Most Valuable Player - an MVP. The Broadway musical community doesn't. Oh, there are the Tony Awards, the Drama Desk Awards, and the Theatre World Awards. But what if Broadway selected a MVP each season? In Broadway Musical MVPs: 1960-2010, The Most Valuable Players of the Past 50 Seasons, Peter Filichia names his choices for the MVPs of each of the past 50 Broadway seasons - they might be performers, producers, directors, or choreographers. Not surprisingly, many of the featured MVPs are multitaskers, such as directors who also choreographed, or wrote the book, or even designed the costumes! Also included are awards in categories such as Comeback Player of the Year, Reliever of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Led League in Errors. From Tammy Grimes, MVP of the 1960-61 season for The Unsinkable Molly Brown, to Joe DiPietro, MVP of the 2009-10 season for Memphis, Filichia recognizes the best and the brightest that have appeared on Broadway.
