So like many young teenage girls im never sastified with my weight. Ive been on and off food since i was about 13 till just under a year ago when i had a MAJOR wakeup call.

Looking back now i can honestly never say i was really fat. I thought i was at the time and, yes, i may have been a little chubby but it was hardly anything.

So to cut a long story short when i was about 13 my Mum got taken into hospital, she had been loosing alot of blood from her body through constantly,or so we though at the time, having her period. One day an emergency phonecall comes from the doctor "sue (my mum) we need you to go into hospital for an emergency blood transfusion, youve lost 4 pints of blood" PANIC. CONFUSION. TEARS. RUSHING AROUND.

Hospital; Blood transfusion over, my mum and dad are then told my mum needs a hysterectomy (her ovaries and womb taken out via keyhole surgery).

Everything went fine and i was fine untill about a month or two after surgery my mum and dad sat me down and said "We didn't want you to hear this from anybody else like nanny or Grandma but we have to tell you smoething, the reason mum lost so much blood and had to have her op was because she had cancer" TEARS. FEELINGS FLYING AROUNG. MIS-TRUST. ANGER.

Since that day ive had all your classic eating disorders. Anorexia and Bullimia. Last January was the worst. Not being able to keep a meal down wihtout the strong urge to make myself sick. The binges were just HORRIFIC. It lasted about 5 months untill i started having heart pulputations, got scared and told my parents.

Ive been to a counciller, got my confidence back and whats more have been eating disorder free for just over 8 months and im so much more happy :)
