Larsen Truss "Chainsaw" Retrofit
The Passivhaus approach can be implemented when retrofitting existing buildings as well as when building new ones. Heating energy use in an existing building can be reduced to 10% of what it was prior to renovation. Kasy finished retrofitting my touring bike (a 1986 Ritchey Aspen built up for touring).
He s&s coupled it, set up internal wiring for my head/rear lights, built me an amazing front rack with basket, and then we had it repainted with new Aspen decals put on (custom decals by VeloCal).
Love this bike so much and love that I have it back and will be riding it this weekend!
